Q What if I don’t know how to knit or crochet yet? Is there someone who can teach me?
A You betcha. Just email me at dinacmcb@comcast.net and we’ll get you going!
Q Do you have yarn that I can use for crafting items for the BSD Project?
A I certainly do! Email me at dinacmcb@comcast.net and we can arrange to get you some.
Q Are there days and times when I can meet together with other crafters?
A Yep! I will be at the Westside Wednesday Sip N Stitch at Whole Foods (Cornell Road) each Wednesday evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm; and then at For Yarn’s Sake at Beaverton Town Square’s Charity Knitting Group on Friday’s from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Be sure to check the Events tab for the blog for any updates and other local knitting groups, too.
Q What if I don’t want to make squares? Can I just keep making hats and scarves and stuff?
A Absolutely! If hats and scarves and other small items like that are what float your boat – then go for it!
Q Do I have to block my own squares?
A It would be lovely if you would, but if not, we’ll take care of it.
Hi, I read your blog a few weeks ago and made a hat, I’m halfway through the second one and just came to check in and I saw a bunch of posts from 2010. I’m a bit slow here, is your goal Thanksgiving 2011 or was it Thanksgiving 2010?

Oh great! I’ll keep knitting then. I’m going to take them to Twisted. I saw a progress graph showing that you had over 1400 pieces, is that current? Good work!
Final total was well over 2100 items. I actually lost count somewhere between 2300 and 2400 and just couldn’t bring myself to go back and recount!
All-in-all pretty darn awesome!
